Binauralni zvukovi mogu utjecati na mozdane valove, tj. frekvencije na kojima mozak radi. Tako kaze teorija.

U praksi i vi mozete provjeriti ovu teoriju i koristiti razne binauralne frekvencije za promjenu frekvencije rada vaseg mozga.

Za pocetak, kratko objasnjenje sto su to binauralne frekvencije. Nas sluh ne cuje niske frekvencije (ispod 20Hz, a bome, kako starimo cesto ni puno vise frekvencije). A na tim nizim frekvencijama nas mozak radi kada meditiramo, spavamo, ili pak dozivljavamo razna duhovna iskustva. Iz tih razloga se koriste binauralne frekvencije, tj. koriste se dva zvuka, koji su odvojeni za tu neku frekvenciju koju zelimo poslati u mozak.

Primjera radi, na jedno uho se pusta zvuk od 200Hz (to bi trebali cuti), dok se na drugo uho pusta zvuk od 210Hz. Ta razlika od 10Hz je ono sto mozak cuje i na sto bi se trebao sinkronizirati i samim time to iskusiti.

Na tom principu se rade razni "programi", tj. zvukovi koje onda mozete pustati da bi se smirili, meditirali, mijenjali stanja svijesti i opcenito, utjecali na rad mozga uz pomoc binauralnih zvukova. Iz razloga sto se koriste dvije razlicite frekvencije, te zvukove treba slusati uz pomoc slusalica, tako da svako uho cuje samo svoj zvuk.

These waves are dominant when you're awake yet relaxed, such as during meditation or when your eyes are closed but you're not yet asleep. When your brain is producing alpha waves, you're likely in a state of flow, where time seems to pass quickly and you can generate new ideas more easily. This state is often linked to activities such as daydreaming, meditating, or taking a warm bath—times when you are relaxed but your mind is still active and not focused on the outside world. In such states, individuals often report increased creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Beta Waves: Frequencies for Active Thinking and Focus

These brainwave frequencies typically range from 13 to 30 Hz and are prevalent during work, problem-solving, decision-making, and similar tasks that require cognitive engagement. These waves are most prevalent when you're fully awake and engaged in mental activities. Beta waves are often associated with active, analytical thought and are commonly present when you're awake and engaged in mental activities that require focus and concentration.

Gamma Waves: The Fastest Frequencies for Learning and Memory

With frequencies above 30 Hz, Gamma waves are the fastest and occur in the higher cortical regions of the brain during activities like learning and retaining information. They are associated with higher-order cognitive functions and sensory perception. These brainwaves are thought to help synchronize activities across different areas of the brain, aiding in tasks that require quick thinking, focus, and problem-solving. Binauralne zvukove sam otkrila još prije 25 godina i to je sve 5, ali zar ne mislite da ipak u današnje vrijeme nije sigurno slušati sve te ponuđene frekvencije bez obzira placene ili besplatne buduci AI ima upliva u sve i moze bez problema ubaciti neki ton koji nam u stvari šteti a obican covjek ne može čuti razliku...?

Ovi programi omogucavaju da vi sami kontrolirate proces izrade binauralnih zvukova, samim time, AI ne bi trebao imati utjecaja na to.

S druge strane, utjecaj AI na subliminalne poruke u nasoj okolini (ono sto se emitira na TVu, radiju, ili pak na cijelom nizu drugih medija) je moguc. Pored naravno utjecaja iz drugih izvora, kao sto su nano materijali u chemtrailovima (zrak koji udisemo, te tlo iz kojeg raste hrana koju jedemo), pa razna "cjepiva" u zivotinjama, ali i GMO biljkama koje se posebno modificiraju da bi postala toksicna i slicno.

Ukratko, potencijalni ulazni vektori za nasa tijela i umove su mnogobrojni. Ipak, usprkos tome, ovi programi ne izgledaju tako. Ne bih rekao da su oni jedan od potencijalnih izvora za tako nesto. Ipak, svakako da svatko sam treba odluciti hoce li ih koristiti i da li je uopce zainteresiran za tako nesto.
